HOW IT WORKS
First Time? Here is How to Use Your Cup
Most new users are comfortable by their second cycle. Here’s all you need to know to get started.
Fold & insert
Fold the cup in a C or U shape, relax your muscles, and guide it in. It opens and creates a gentle seal automatically.
Wear all day
Forget it's there. Work out, sleep, swim, travel. Empty every 4–12 hours depending on your flow.

Real Stories
Women who made the switch
"I was terrified to try it. Now I tell every woman I know — I cannot believe I spent 15 years on tampons. This is a game changer. Zero leaks, even on my heaviest day."
"As a swimmer, I struggled my whole life. The cup is the only thing that lets me train without thinking about my period once. Completely changed my sport."
Reassurance
Your questions, answered honestly.
Is it painful to insert?
Not at all. When folded correctly, the cup is no larger than a standard tampon. Because it is made of smooth, medical-grade silicone, it glides in easily and sits comfortably without drying you out.
Can it get stuck or lost inside me?
Your cervix acts as a natural barrier, so a cup cannot physically get lost inside you. If it sits a bit high, simply bear down using your pelvic muscles to bring it lower, then pinch the base to break the seal and remove.
Is it hygienic to reuse?
Yes! Medical-grade silicone is non-porous, meaning bacteria cannot harbor inside it. As long as you rinse it with water and mild soap between uses, and boil it for 3-5 minutes at the end of your cycle, it remains completely hygienic for years.
Can I use it if I haven't had sex?
Absolutely. Menstrual cups can be used by anyone who gets a period, regardless of sexual history. You may want to start with our smaller size for easier insertion while you learn what fold works best for your body.
